Booking Process

- Choosing the property: Select the property you wish to rent from our online catalog.
- Booking details: Provide the required information, such as dates of stay and number of guests.
- Booking confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been processed.
- Accepted payment methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon booking, full payment due no later than 10 days before arrival.
- Refund policy: Refunds will only be issued according to our cancellation policy.

Tourist Taxes

Per person and per night (not included in the booking amount):
- Adults: CHF 3.–
- Children 6 to 16 years: CHF 1.50
- Children under 5 years: Free

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations 30 days in advance: Full refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations between 7 and 29 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund will be granted.

Use of the Property

- Maximum capacity: Do not exceed the allowed number of guests for the property.
- Conduct rules: All guests must respect the rules and take care of the property.
- Liability for damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Liability

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website. However, we are not responsible for errors or omissions. We are also not liable for inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
